Own devices can be connected via HDMI cable. You have to bring your own special adapters. 

The TV/beamer room must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance.
Reservations are made on a daily basis.  (Dates in the booking tool therefore start at 8:00 am)

After booking via the booking tool, the TV/beamer room tutors are to be contacted as soon as possible.

In SoSe 2023 the elected tutors are:

The corresponding numbers can be found on the tutor lists on the info boards on the floors or in the foyer.

The further procedure will be discussed individually with them. Usually, the TV/beamer room key is thrown into the mailbox of the respective user and the user sends the key back to the tutor in the same way after use. 

TV room rules of conduct

1. The TV room must be reserved for the desired day via the booking tool.

2. After booking via the booking tool, the TV room tutors should be contacted immediately to organize the handover of the key. If contacted less than 24h before the booked period, handover of the key can no longer be guaranteed.

3. The TV room can be used all day. From 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. maximum room volume applies.

4. The room is to be used only as a TV room and may not be misused as a place to sleep, for example.

5. All devices, controllers, games, batteries etc. remain in the TV room and cannot be borrowed.

6. The (system) settings of the devices are NOT to be changed. Cables are not to be touched, let alone reconnected.

7. Games, movies, etc. are to be returned to their respective cases after use.

8. After use, the TV room is to be cleaned up and left clean:
   Any trash generated is to be disposed of by yourself. All equipment and lights must be properly turned off before leaving.

9. Any damage/malfunction or other problems are to be reported immediately to the TV room tutors.

10. The printer located in the TV room is operated exclusively by the printer tutors.

11. The room is to be locked after leaving.

12. The key to the TV room must be returned immediately after the end of use, no later than 8 a.m. on the morning following the booked date, to the TV room tutors. 

In case of rule violations, the TV-room tutors reserves the right to forbid the responsible person to continue using the TV-room for an indefinite period of time. Rule violations will be reported to the Studierendenwerk and may have consequences under rental law.
