Rules for the sports hall
Before the sporting activity
The sports hall can be booked for residents of Rudolf-Laun-Haus, Esther-Bejarano-Haus and Wohnanlage Lokstedt. One-hour time slots in the gym can be booked via the booking tool.
One person enters his or her contact details (name, address (housing complex, room number), telephone) in the booking tool.
After a successful booking/reservation, he:she contacts the tutor responsible for your hall of residence to discuss the handover of keys individually.
A maximum of ten people may enter the gym at the same time.
The use of the gym is only permitted for people who do not show typical symptoms of a Corona infection.
Write the sportstutor 24 h in advance to request the key
Max. 1 hour per group
During and after the sporting activity
If the nature of the sporting activity permits, a minimum distance of 2 metres must be maintained at all times.
In the gymnasium, ventilation through the windows must be maintained at all times.
It is recommended to use the sanitary facilities, especially for showering, in one's own home.

You can find the telephone numbers on the printed flyer on the whiteboard by the sports hall.
The tutors of the sports hall carry out random checks; in the event of rule violations, the tutors reserve the right to prohibit the person responsible from further use of the sports hall for an indefinite period of time.
Where is the sports hall?
The sports hall is in the Rudolf Laun House on the ground floor in the extension on the right. To get there, you have to go through the foyer to the right, through two glass doors, and straight ahead is the door to the hall.
